📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the design and development of new furniture products, collaborating with designers and manufacturers to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Implement and manage ERP and PLM systems such as SAP and SolidWorks to streamline engineering workflows and data management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality materials.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of leading engineering projects and teams.
• Proven experience in furniture manufacturing, with a strong understanding of the industry's design, production, and supply chain processes.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant engineering methodologies.
• Proficiency in using ERP and PLM systems such as SAP and SolidWorks.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team of engineers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
