As an English Teaching Specialist at Geniebook, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective English language lessons. You will work closely with our team of educators to develop and implement our curriculum, ensuring that it meets the needs of our diverse student population. You will also be responsible for providing feedback and support to our students, helping them to achieve their language learning goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver high-impact English language lessons using our proprietary EdTech platform.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to create and implement engaging and effective English language programs.
• Provide feedback and support to students, helping them to achieve their language learning goals.
• Utilize our data analytics tools to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of our EdTech platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in English language teaching and EdTech.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students on their language skills.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and implement student recruitment and retention strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in English language teaching, preferably in an EdTech environment.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Experience with our proprietary EdTech platform or similar educational technology tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and educational assessment methods.
