📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process freight forwarding documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs clearance forms.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight brokers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate shipment tracking and delivery.
• Monitor and maintain our freight forwarding software, including systems like SAP and Oracle.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and optimize our operations.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of shipping schedules and manifests.
• Collaborate with our warehouse and distribution teams to ensure seamless integration of freight forwarding activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our processes and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related role, with a strong background in logistics operations.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with basic knowledge of Indonesian.
• Certification in freight forwarding or logistics management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding software, including SAP and Oracle, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in documentation and data management.
