📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the plantation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of Estate Managers and Supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Develop and implement sustainable farming practices to enhance productivity and environmental stewardship.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of all aspects of plantation management, including land preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
• Ensure the efficient and timely harvesting of palm oil, adhering to quality standards and best practices.
• Manage post-harvest processes, including fruit bunch collection, transportation, and processing, to maintain high-quality output.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plantation management, with a focus on palm oil.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a high-pressure agricultural environment.
• Strong understanding of sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations.
• Certification in Plantation Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for plantation management and data analysis.
