📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational goals.
• Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop recruitment and retention strategies.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
• Lead organizational development initiatives, such as change management and employee engagement programs.
• Collaborate with HR professionals to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and business leaders.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Certification in PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) is a plus.
