📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process of residential projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any quality or safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including building codes and environmental guidelines.
• Manage and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, budget status, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising construction projects, with a focus on residential development.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Familiarity with environmental and sustainability practices in construction.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
