📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist members and visitors upon arrival and departure.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, including membership verification and fee collection.
- Manage and update member records using our in-house system.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with class bookings and schedule management.
- Provide information about gym facilities, classes, and services.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
- Report any issues or concerns to the front office manager promptly.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or front office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills and gym management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 20 kg.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
