Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and managed.Work with the purchasing and sales teams to ensure that inventory levels are adequate and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, receiving and shipping activity, and process performance.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain principles.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.🛠️ Keahlian
