📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Develop and maintain training materials and resources.,Evaluate training needs and design training programs to address those needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations for training purposes.
