🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems operations, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and operations support.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team of IT professionals.,Strong technical skills in areas such as network administration, server management, and systems monitoring.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.,Certifications in IT operations, such as ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications, are a plus.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services and meeting client expectations.
