📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities in the organization.,Preparing and presenting audit reports and recommendations to senior management.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Providing training and guidance to junior auditors and staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Ensuring that all audits are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and best practices in the industry.
