Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fenestration Estimator & Production Detailer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed estimates for fenestration projects, including windows, doors, and facades. You will also be involved in the production detailing process, ensuring that all project requirements are met and that the final product is of the highest quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Developing accurate and detailed estimates for fenestration projects, including windows, doors, and facades.,Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure that all specifications are met.,Creating detailed production drawings and specifications for fenestration projects.,Reviewing and approving production drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.,Monitoring production progress and identifying potential issues or delays.,Providing technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure that all project requirements are met.,Maintaining accurate records of all project-related information and ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fenestration estimating and production detailing.,Strong knowledge of fenestration products, materials, and manufacturing processes.,Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.,Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
