📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote motorcycle products.,Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify sales opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.,Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the motorcycle industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a must.
