📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the selection, installation, and maintenance of our power plant equipment.,Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure that our solutions are aligned with client requirements and industry standards.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role in the power plant equipment industry.,Strong knowledge of power plant equipment, systems, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices is a plus.
