📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.,Manage the accounting department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits for all employees.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and provide necessary support during audits.,Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
