Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure we are meeting our goals.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.,Manage our online presence, including our website and social media accounts.,Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows.,Provide regular reports to the management on marketing activities and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with marketing software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing.
