In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of seafarers, managing crew schedules, and ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including ship owners, charterers, and seafarers, to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate the deployment of qualified seafarers to meet the exacting standards of our international clients.
• Manage crew schedules and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Work closely with ship owners, charterers, and seafarers to ensure the smooth operation of our maritime logistics network.
• Utilize our in-house crew management software to track and manage crew deployment.
• Conduct regular audits of our crew deployment processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients and seafarers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the maritime industry and industry regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our crewing strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime crew management or a related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating the deployment of seafarers and managing crew schedules.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with crew management software such as CrewLink or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
