📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Develop and implement store-specific strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify opportunities for store improvement and implement necessary changes.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and address any issues.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
