📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Manage and coordinate the reception area, including front desk operations.,Handle inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs efficiently.,Maintain accurate records and documents related to guest information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Lead and train junior receptionists to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and manage reception area inventory and supplies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with reception management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
