📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies to ensure product quality.,Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and performance.,Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various projects.,Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and resolve issues.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure that testing activities align with project goals and timelines.,Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in quality assurance and software testing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in QA Engineering, with a strong background in software testing methodologies and tools.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.,Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and performance testing techniques.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
