📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the annual budget.,Monitor and control expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in leading and managing finance teams.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
