In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Handle administrative tasks such as processing payroll, maintaining employee files, and assisting with benefits administration.,Assist in resolving employee concerns and issues, ensuring a positive work environment.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.,Support the HR team in other projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant experience are also welcome).,Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Basic understanding of payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
