📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to enhance customer experience.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely restocking and order fulfillment.,Monitor store security and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Conduct regular audits to check inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or warehouse environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of basic computer skills and office software.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including on-site and office duties.
