CV Mandiri Cipta is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This is a hybrid position, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the benefits of being part of a dynamic office environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Process and reconcile bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Provide support to the finance manager in financial analysis and planning.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Provide support in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
