PT Maha Mahkota is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles efficiently and effectively.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained, inspected, and serviced according to company standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, inspections, and servicing.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure they are within budget.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensure timely completion.
  • Track and manage vehicle mileage and usage, and ensure they are within company guidelines.
  • Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.
  • Generate and maintain accurate records of fleet operations and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid (office and field) environment.
