As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR-related matters.,Support the HR department in performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a related role.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
