With 3-5 years of experience in finance, preferably in the fashion industry, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and analyzing financial data to support business decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage budgets and financial planning for projects and departments.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and innovation.
• Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping and tax compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
• Participate in financial audits and internal reviews as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial supervision, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Certification in financial management or accounting is a plus.
