📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Oversee the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Manage cash flow and liquidity to support the company's operations.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights for decision-making.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of success in similar roles.
