PT Nagari Lautan is seeking a dedicated Deputy Purchasing Staff to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial in supporting our purchasing department to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update supplier databases and records.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and suggest improvements.,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and analyses.,Handle supplier communications and follow up on orders.,Support the purchasing manager in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
