📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Organize and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle deployment.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet management activities.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers and fleet personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
