📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic mining plans to maximize production and minimize costs.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of mine engineers and technicians.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations for new mining projects.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all mining activities are conducted in accordance with international best practices.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain business relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mining technology and implement them in our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mine engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of geology and mining practices.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Proficient in using mining software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, or Vulcan.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
