📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing and coordinating team activities.,Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of team training programs.,Support the Supervisor in resolving any team conflicts or issues.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the Supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
