📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
  • Manage and train a team of sales associates to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Organize and execute promotional events and sales to drive customer engagement.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
