📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop sales staff to meet and exceed sales targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and promotions.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is beneficial.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
