📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demand and maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
  • Train and mentor retail staff to enhance their performance and ensure they understand the company's values and standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and special offers to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the store's sales plan and goals.
  • Participate in inventory audits and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales and inventory data.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
