📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, food preparation, and customer service.,Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation by monitoring kitchen operations and implementing quality control measures.,Develop and maintain a welcoming and efficient dining environment by managing customer interactions and resolving any issues that arise.,Work closely with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and special promotions.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and state laws.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and operating efficiently.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Experience in managing a team and overseeing daily operations.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience in inventory management and ordering.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.
